mudskippers at Buloh
Theres never a dull moment whenever I take a walk in my favourite wetland haunt, Sungei Buloh Wetlands, Singapore.
I like the serenity, greenery, sea water coming in, and the fauna there.
Recently I noticed a marked change in its physical environment. Lots of sandy areas are appearing, due largely to the erosion loss from sea currents.
Fauna may be affected, and they are around still, hopefully for as long as the degraded landscape can sustain their livelihood.
Maybe there isnt enough done to control this state of physical disturbance.
Captured this scene there, as one more momento of a changing environment.
