Each year I look forward to to enjoy the anticipated arrival of shorebirds to our wetlands.
This is the time of year when they appear as if out of nowhere. The wonder of this annual phenomena excites me and invokes a great sense of awe and reverence for natures ways of ensuring continuance of its feathered charges.
I know you too will find some engaging linkage with the wetlands as I do.
This Sunday, 24 Aug, I will be conducting the next art session in the new classroom from 0830 to 1130.
And I recommend you spend time to look out for the early arrivals of these migratory birds at the Main Hide to get inspiration for your art.
